The Rational iCombi Classic ICC101G/N 20 grid combi steamer has easy-to-use controls, with recognizable symbols and a dial with a push function. The digital display for the cooking chamber shows humidity, time, and temperature. Steam mode with steam regulation in 10% stages, together with consistent cooking cabinet temperature and optimal steam saturation, provides a uniform cooking process.

The advantages of steam combined with the benefits of convection heat give you shorter cooking times, a reduction in shrinkage, and also intensive aromas. Another advantage is the colours of your food will be preserved. Consistently high-quality results.
